Please notify us via text message at (406) 599-5355 as soon as possible if you need to cancel or reschedule an appointment.
All missed appointments and cancellations made less than 48 hours before a scheduled appointment time will be charged a late cancellation fee equivalent to the full rate of the session. Rates can be found here.
To avoid the late cancellation fee, you may:
- Switch an appointment to Telehealth if you’re unable to come to the office. Just reach out to our team via text message at (406) 599-5355, and we’ll send you a link to join your Telehealth session via our secure Client Portal.
- Login to your Client Portal to request a new appointment for a date that is within 7 days of your originally scheduled appointment. Please note that rescheduled appointments are subject to availability and must be confirmed by our team (please check your email for confirmation). If we are able to accommodate your request, and you fulfill the rescheduled appointment time, we will credit your late cancellation fee back to your account. Please reach out to our team with any questions.
